Case Examples
Coached a Managing Director through a period of major organisational change, (including department mergers, restructuring and transformational change). This involved honing his leadership and change management skills during a period of uncertainty; ensuring the operational delivery, and creating a high level of employee engagement and stakeholder influence throughout the change process. He also developed the talent and succession managements strategies to stabilise the workforce plan and to deliver the business requirements.
Coached a Chief Technology Officer in a global Energy business to develop his partnership working with a new venture company. This included helping him navigate the company politics, initial resourcing set up and negotiation, ensuring business integrity and strategic alignment.
